  • Scoop the crystallized honey into a small glass container.
  • Microwave the container in short bursts of 15 to 30 seconds, depending on your microwave’s power.
  • Stir the honey after each heating burst until it melts smoothly.

Simmering Under Low Heat:

  • Scoop the crystallized honey into a small glass container.
  • Place the container in a pan filled with water, making sure the water level is slightly above the honey without entering the container.
  • Heat the water on low heat.
  • Allow the honey to warm gently in the simmering water, stirring occasionally until it reaches the desired consistency.
